G'day Fred (& team),
my daughter is anaphylactic to nuts in ANY trace amount (we can't even walk past a nut shop without her having and anaphylactic attack, the particulate in the air and the vapourised oils are more than enough to set her off!) and I was wondering if and/or how I might be able to substitute the nuts in your recipes...
For instance, I notice in the "Lower Fat Hemp Seed Hummus" recipe (from your Savory Raw Dinner Recipes) that you've used hemp seed (obviously, given the name *grins*) along with tahini to get the 'creamy' texture...
Could something similar work for the 'cheese sauce' in "Veronica's Amazing Raw Lasagne" (which is unbelievably amazing, by the way) to make it allergy friendly (no nuts or traces of nuts?).
