I have been following a fruit based diet for 1.5 month and will continue to test it for several more months.
As I am starting to think that I may adopt this diet definitetly, I also start to wonder : could we produce enough fruit for everyone on earth to follow this diet?
I live in France, and when I buy my several kilos of bananas at the supermarket, i wonder if it would be possible one day to produce and to ship enough bananas from tropical countries so that every french people could buy several kilos of bananas a day at their local supermarket.
I ask this question to you Frederic Patenaude since you have probably already studied the subject in details over the years of eating a fruit-based diet, and could provide me with the numbers you have come to.
If you have already published an article about it, I would appreciate being directed to it (I haven't found any)
Thanks a lot and good day to you
