On Feb 22 2010 major provisions of credit card laws took effect and most credit card holders do not know about this. US credit card companies have been and continue to charge foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees (even if it's USD) for ANY purchase from a non US based company, whether you're abroad or ordering something online that is being shipped to you in the states your credit card companies are slapping on a surcharge fee.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express all include these fees. The only one we've found that is waiving these fees is Capitol One.
Please note that we are a Canadian company operating with a Canadian account, although we have our products made and shipped to our distributors in the USA and then sent out to our customers world wide.
If you see a foreign transaction fee on your credit card it is not because we are charging this fee, it is your credit card company. You are charged a small percentage of the sale, typically 1%. Please call them for more information on this.
If you'd like to avoid this fee all we can suggest for now is to use a Capitol One credit card for your purchases and monthly recurring membership fees or complain to your credit card company.
Please know that we care about our US customers and are sorry these fees are being charged to you. We will look into a US account if possible and try to make the best of this situation regarding the foreign transaction fees.
