We no longer have a 1800 number for customer service.
We realized that almost every person who called in also submitted a ticket through our support system and this was taking up valuable time which could be dedicated to other customers.
We also had a hard time hearing customer's contact information on our voicemail system and often not enough information was provided to identify them.
Our support ticket system is very efficient and this way we can see your name and email address and handle your requests right away without taking up valuable time.
Please understand that we have a small customer service team that works hard to serve you and we'd prefer to handle it internally instead of outsourcing to a call center in another country.
If you have any problems contacting us through the support system you can send us a fax message at 1-514-221-2177, but our support system is by far the fastest way to reach us.
Please note that tickets submitted Friday through Sunday may not be responded to until Monday morning, but typically you will receive a response between 12-24 hours.
